Chromium zirconium copper is a composite metal containing Cu copper, chromium Cr elements, zirconium Zr and other elements. Chromium zirconium copper has high strength and hardness, high conductivity and thermal conductivity, good wear resistance and abrasion resistance, excellent conductivity and tempering resistance, good verticality, and thin sheets are not easily bent out. It is a high-quality electrode material for aviation. After aging treatment, the hardness, strength, conductivity, and thermal conductivity are significantly improved, making it easy to weld. It is generally used to make welding machine electrodes, motor commutator blades, and other parts that require high strength, hardness, conductivity, and thermal conductivity to work at high temperatures below 350 ℃. It can also be used in the form of bimetallic for brake discs and disks.
Product form: copper rod, copper tube, copper plate, copper sleeve, copper wire, copper ring, copper forging.
C18150 chromium zirconium copper is widely used in welding electrodes, conductive nozzles, conductive wheels, switch contacts, mold blocks, welding accessories, high-voltage distribution devices, as well as segment rings and guide bars for high-speed train traction motors in the automotive, motorcycle, and bucket making machinery manufacturing industries.
1: Resistive electrodes: conductive nozzle, electrode cap, electrode holder, roller welding wheel, welding arm, wiring harness, etc.
2: Electrician and Electrician: High voltage switch contacts, contact fingers, etc.
3: Mold industry: continuous casting crystallizer, electric discharge machining electrode, etc.
4: High speed railway industry: high-speed motor end rings, guide bars, contact wires, etc.
Chrome Zirconium Copper Rod is a premium-grade material that combines the excellent conductive properties of copper with the added benefits of chrome and zirconium. This alloy offers a unique blend of high electrical and thermal conductivity with enhanced mechanical strength and resistance to wear, making it ideal for a variety of demanding industrial applications. The presence of zirconium provides an excellent grain structure that contributes to increased resistance to deformation, while chrome offers better hardness and stability under high-temperature conditions.
This alloy is commonly used in the production of electrical components such as switches, contacts, and connectors, where superior conductivity and strength are required. It is also widely used in industries like aerospace and automotive for parts that need to endure high mechanical loads and thermal stresses. The Chrome Zirconium Copper Rod's resistance to oxidation and corrosion makes it a robust choice for manufacturing components that operate in harsh environments, particularly where frequent exposure to high temperatures or aggressive chemicals is a concern.
In addition to its mechanical and electrical benefits, Chrome Zirconium Copper Rod is also highly prized for its excellent machinability and weldability, ensuring it can be easily integrated into existing production lines. Available in multiple grades, diameters, and lengths, it offers flexibility to meet the specific requirements of various applications. Whether in the aerospace, automotive, or electrical industries, Chrome Zirconium Copper Rod offers unparalleled performance and reliability for critical components that demand durability and efficiency.
