Details

Beryllium copper is a copper alloy primarily composed of beryllium, also known as beryllium bronze. It is a high-grade and ductile raw material in copper alloys, with high compressive strength, ductility, strength, fatigue limit, low ductility, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low temperature resistance, high conductivity, non-magnetic, impact spark free and a series of high-quality physical, organic chemical and physical properties.

Beryllium copper can be divided into forged beryllium copper and cast beryllium copper, which are alloys strengthened by heat treatment processes. The key to producing and processing beryllium bronze is as a variety of advanced elastic components, especially those with excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low temperature resistance, and non-magnetic properties. Many of them are used as membrane boxes, pulse dampers, metal bellows, small power switches, etc.

Beryllium copper has excellent mechanical, physical, and chemical properties. After heat treatment, solid solution treatment, and aging treatment, it has a relatively high strength limit, elastic limit, yield limit, and fatigue resistance limit. At the same time, it has high conductivity, thermal conductivity, high hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, good casting performance, non-magnetic and impact spark free characteristics. It is widely used in industries and fields such as mold manufacturing, machinery, electronics, petroleum exploration, and new energy vehicles.
