Aluminum bronze is a copper based alloy with aluminum (AL) as the main alloying element, which also contains some iron (Fe) and manganese (Mn). It is a high-strength and heat-resistant copper alloy material.

The aluminum content of aluminum green steel generally does not exceed 12%, and other elements such as iron, nickel, manganese, etc. may be added in moderation to further improve its performance. Aluminum bronze can be strengthened through heat treatment to achieve high strength and hardness, as well as good corrosion resistance and high wear resistance.

Suitable for high-strength bolts, nuts, bearings, shaft sleeves, turbines, gears, rolling mill shaft sleeves, sealing rings, stainless steel stretching molds, spiral grouts, valves and other corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant parts.
Aluminum bronze does not produce sparks under impact and can be used to manufacture tool materials that do not produce sparks. It has excellent thermal conductivity and stable rigidity. As a mold material, it has the advantages of not sticking to the mold, stretching and pressing without scratching the workpiece, making it a new type of mold material.
